Where it Started....
Back in the 80s, the days of big shoulder pads and even bigger hair, I had BIG ideas. I followed my passion for writing and design, graduating from MacEwan's Visual Design and Communications program!
My 30+ year career has allowed me to be creative - designing, writing, marketing, and promoting, in a wide range of industries. I've met incredible people, and experienced amazing opportunities while continuing to educate myself along the way. During that time, I had two fantastic children, fled and survived an abusive marriage, and became even more determined to help empower other women. Both personally and professionally!

Your words and brand have power. The lack of focused copy and branding is detrimental to a business. For ten years, I worked at the corporate level for one of the largest grocery chains in Canada, responsible for promotions, launches, POS, signage, and content writing for marketing collateral. My job was to implement their strict brand content and guidelines across Western Canada. I replicate that process for my clients' content and brand.

Why I do what I do
Over the years, I've met a lot of incredible women entrepreneurs and coaches, struggling to stand out from the competition and build their customer base. They'd ask me to review their branding, emails, blogs, marketing tools, and website content and provide suggestions on what they could improve.
Some didn't even have those essentials. And most didn't know where to start.
They found it challenging to find a copywriter who could speak in their voice... a designer who could bring their vision to life... ALL within their budget!
Many tried agencies but realized that they often focused on larger businesses (and let's be honest... bigger budgets).
Recognizing that, I created a boutique-style consultative approach. One that would empower women entrepreneurs and coaches with valuable services. Helping them create customized, branded tools that were affordable... and effective.
